We review a new design brought by Mark, and we though that it looks more interesting, we develop the idea and end up with this poster:

We though to go through this idea, enhancing the coffee as it is the elemento more linked with the Office live.

Backwards moment

We pitch the idea to Sue, and she pointed us that the end of year show should be taken place in a venue, no at clients office.  She pointed is to promote the end of year show that it is been organised by the FdAs.  Even though the Brief does not specify that and I still consider a different way of promoting our work different from a display a work in a venue where the client is not going to bother to go.

We went back to the idea Mad 4 IT. and also we watched the Reason to Be conference video promo http://vimeo.com/76239314, and we got a better idea what the brief is asking. MAD 4 IT represent the passion for what we do professionally, as this element the employers are looking for.

So the new idea is to show a person with a compulsive behaviour, in this case tiding up medicines in a cabinet until the word MAD 4 IT if formed.

We define the storyboard, to make the video.

We divided the task, Mark and Chelsea are going to do the labels for the bottles, Corinne are in charge of the signage and I am going to put together the video. Once the video is done a picture of one frame is going to be used as Poster.

In search of the elements

I visited some charities shop in search for the medicine cabinet and bottles. However I couldn't find any. I went to the local pharmacy and found empty medicine bottles.  I would photograph and send the measure to Mark and Chelsea for the labels.
